It's Christmas Time!
We spent the day so excited and just really waiting for evening to come! We drove out to Utah Lake and drove through the light display. We chuckled at the music selection they play. They must not have the funds to play decent Christmas music? That must be it.
We had Cade and Ashley and family joining us, as well as Granny and Grandpa Taylor and Grandma and Grandpa Geertsen. It sure makes the house full of love and such excitement!
We had a delicious dinner- Ashely brought pulled pork sandwiches and ribs! I did my potatoes, then on to icing cookies and the Christmas Program. Those babies you see are the sweetest. And us adults are pretty sweet, too!
Christmas Eve was chilly, but no snow. I was grateful for that for the travelers. After everyone left we did a quick buzz-through and then gathered in the front room to open the Christmas Jammies.
The kids had picked names again this year to give to each other- I was surprised that they all came up with something to give to each other because I never heard a peep about it. These cuties are the best!
