October is already here and I cannot believe it! I was down in the crawl space sorting through some things when I came upon my old jar full of concert and movie stubs. I wish I continued to keep all of them. But these were fun for the kids to look through, as a lot of these bands are now their favorites.
Sammy invited us over for her mission call opening. Knoxville, TN! Adren is thrilled.
The biggest news of the month though is that Paisley is finally getting her braces off! She is so excited and I am so excited for her. It seems towards the end there were so many little touch-ups and reasons to go a little longer, so she was beyond ready.

I got the kids all up to come outside so we could watch the partial eclipse. It was way neat! We liked the filtered lighting it cast everywhere.
Pretty cool! Jonny was camping with friends at Capitol Reef to get a better view.
When I saw this photo it was a little bit of a gut punch. I had to send it to my sisters because we grew up with those exact pillow cases. The memories!
Spooky things are popping up over here!
I continue to be in charge of the monthly office parties. Everyone wanted a costume/ pumpkin carving night. Kent offered up his house. This is me thrilled about all of it dressed as a smart witch.
Paisley hopped on a seasonal job at the local pumpkin patch. She likes it!
Jonny signed up for the ward trunk or treat. He decorated his trunk pretty cool and had a cute costume. He won!
Paisley was also asked to the Halloween dance by her friend Bella. They both love Monster High so they each picked a character to go as. I thought they were spot on!

Paisley as Draculaura! Sooo cute.
Zeke as a Skeleton! Sooo cute!
They ended up combining because Zeke and friend can't drive and Paisley and friend couldn't find more people to join them. I loved the thought of them all out together!
Halloween was very low key. The kids went here and there and Jon and I hung out and watched a movie wilst handing out candy. We don't get as many trick-or-treaters as we used to. It was a lovely night!
