Little things

Paisley. I snapped this quick while she was loading her pack for school. She just grew up so fast!
And she's still my little gal~
The kids at my school got to turn the Principal into an Ice Cream Sunday. I've never seen such glee!

We zipped down to St. George for our anniversary. I mean, we've already cruised Alaska, but wanted to head down to play a little with the kids.
We caught the tail-end of Peach Days in Hurricane.

 Another night we enjoyed the mild weather at the park. The boys just wanted to skate board!

I sure am loving puttering around the house, putting things back together, painting here and there, dreaming up projects.








I got to watch my friends cute baby so they could go on a date. My family was so excited to have her for the evening! I think it was a bit overwhelming for her because she cried her little eyes out right after this picture. I finally had to take her to her house and put her to bed! Poor little thing. She's still adorable.
We can feel fall in the air! I am looking forward to things cooling off! Happy little things!

 Zeke got his learners!!! This was easy-peasy, first try. He is an excellent driver, though he says he does not feel super confident. May Celebrations and Love!

Our little Paisley and all of her little friends are graduating from High School and all of us mothers cannot believe it! My dear friend and current Young Women's President, Elin, set up a beautiful evening for the girls and mothers to celebrate each one of them. It was lovely and touching and very special. These girls are the best! Despite the scaffolding that has been a staple for way too many weeks I care to count, I always appreciate our coming-to-life spring yard. Everything is filling in nicely. It is amazing how big our trees and bushes have become in hardly no time! But that scaffolding! You can't really tell, but it is quite the maze to get in the front door. The porch area may need to be removed just so that people can enter safely on the Homecoming Day.  My friend Kelly reminded our CRU when we replaced our faces onto her family portrait when she arrived home from living abroad for a time. Happy Anniversary to Jon & Lindsey!

Happy 25 Years to us! We spent the weekend at Snowbird at the lovely resort. It was all so pretty! Our room had such gorgeous views of the mountainside. I texted this pic to Adren of Pfeifferhorn, a mountain he summited with his dad once. I looked at that, marveling that my boy has been there! We took the tram up to the top of the mountain to enjoy panoramic views all around. One of the days it was nice to say, "The only thing on our schedule is a tram ride and dinner reservations". After so much hussle, it was nice to not have a whole lot to do. Chillin' with Jonny was really nice and good for us. It was a good reminder that we really enjoy each other. I mean, we knew that, but it is nice to spend a weekend together when you don't have a million other things going on.
