Alivia + Tate

 Paisley and I arrived home from girls camp on Friday, unpacked, laundered, showered and repacked so that we could all head to Elko the next day for Alivia and Tate's wedding reception! Boy was I happy with past Lindsey for making Paisley's dress (and a lil' sumthin' for me) so that we were ready to go!

Jon, Paisley, Zeke, and I picked up Mommy and headed out! I think it has been a while since Mommy has made that drive. I was hoping to arrive early enough to be of some help to Sadie. Alivia and Tate were married the day before in the Twin Falls Temple. I sounds like we missed a gorgeous day! Most of the family was able to attend the ceremony, so we were happy to catch the other half.  

When we arrived, everything was so beautiful. Sadie's girls had set everything up while she nursed a migraine, the poor dear. It was truly a gorgeous night, Alivia looked so pretty! Tate is a real gem. Once everything was cleaned up we headed back to our hotel and left Mommy to sleep at the Gouldings. The next morning we decided to just grab Mommy and head back home. It was a quick trip, but I was so glad we made it!

 Zeke got his learners!!! This was easy-peasy, first try. He is an excellent driver, though he says he does not feel super confident. May Celebrations and Love!

Our little Paisley and all of her little friends are graduating from High School and all of us mothers cannot believe it! My dear friend and current Young Women's President, Elin, set up a beautiful evening for the girls and mothers to celebrate each one of them. It was lovely and touching and very special. These girls are the best! Despite the scaffolding that has been a staple for way too many weeks I care to count, I always appreciate our coming-to-life spring yard. Everything is filling in nicely. It is amazing how big our trees and bushes have become in hardly no time! But that scaffolding! You can't really tell, but it is quite the maze to get in the front door. The porch area may need to be removed just so that people can enter safely on the Homecoming Day.  My friend Kelly reminded our CRU when we replaced our faces onto her family portrait when she arrived home from living abroad for a time. Happy Anniversary to Jon & Lindsey!

Happy 25 Years to us! We spent the weekend at Snowbird at the lovely resort. It was all so pretty! Our room had such gorgeous views of the mountainside. I texted this pic to Adren of Pfeifferhorn, a mountain he summited with his dad once. I looked at that, marveling that my boy has been there! We took the tram up to the top of the mountain to enjoy panoramic views all around. One of the days it was nice to say, "The only thing on our schedule is a tram ride and dinner reservations". After so much hussle, it was nice to not have a whole lot to do. Chillin' with Jonny was really nice and good for us. It was a good reminder that we really enjoy each other. I mean, we knew that, but it is nice to spend a weekend together when you don't have a million other things going on.
