Here we are, well on our way into January, the holidays tucked away and so many things coming up.
My dear friend Kimberlee works at Jamestowne and I love that she is there with Paisley. Kimberlee texted me this photo she took of Paisley waiting for her ride (me) after her shift. She said Paisley is always so sweet with the residents, always happy to chat with them instead of focusing on her phone and ignoring them. I enjoy hearing about the people she meets, she always starts with "There is the sweetest grandpa..."
My Zekey. He's getting so tall and "teenager-y" and I love every minute of this time. He is so sweet and open and so particular on what he will and will not wear, even down to his belts. I love 13 year old Zeke.I came upon a crazy accident minutes after it happened just around the corner from our house! I had to text my family to be careful out there, folks!
Cash is great to host family. I headed up to their house late after a Sunday full of meetings and just stood there and looked at all these parked cars and their jolly lit up house, full of anticipation and joy to spend the evening with the people I love the most. I am not sure why, but I am the luckiest gal in the whole world.
Grayson sent this pic to Adren and I love it.
Adren stepped outside to say goodbye to Sammy, who has been here for the holiday break. They have spent as much time as they could together. I feel for them. Her, so far away at school, he about to send in his papers. It's all good things, but I still appreciate how hard the distance can be.
And it's starting to snow more!
I took Zeke with me to run some errands and I took this pic to show Paisley her binder options for a class. Zekey...
I finally got my hair done. It's been since June and was so bad. The bad choice bangs were really bumming me out. I have decided that I am going in more often to let Devron work her magic. Fresh color, fresh chop and fresh blend.
Happy 2023!
