Hey-O!

We're all just plugging away at life and all of our individual responsibilities. It is strange to think that Eli is now a Junior in High School! I remember my Junior year as a significant year for me, and I just can't wrap my brain around the fact that my little Pie-Pie is there! He ran in the house during the school day saying he needed a suit for the assembly ASAP. "Are you in the assembly?" I asked. "Not really, it's for a prank." Ahhhh, that is more like my Pie-Pie.
He and friends set up a card game during the assembly complete with beverages off to the side and played away. Pretty funny.

I had to take a picture of his behind when he came in my room with the largest pair of thrifted jeans I've ever seen. It reminded me of a bony old man in too-big jeans.

These pictures popped up in my memories of Zeke. I loved his chubby legs, even covered in marker.
And then in his too-tight suit, looking so handsome. Zekey...

Look at me, chilling on the couch in my slippers enjoying my new dining nook while all the kids are at school. Ahhhhh....

My aunt Chris posted this picture of my Grandpa Taylor and his siblings. I studied these faces until I was teary-eyed. I'd like to meet him one day!

Eli has been asked to the Winter Formal by Chloe!
I snapped this pic of Eli when exchanging keys while he was working at Papa Murphy's. He wouldn't give me 3 seconds, but I want to remember how cute he is in his apron and hat. Eli...

My 47th birthday came! I really just want to look into my sweet babies faces and get a tight hug from them. It was a good day. Jonny took me out to dinner to Station 22 on Center. I've been curious about it. We didn't love it, but maybe ordered the wrong thing.

I like to get a photo of my age with my kids ages because before they know it, they'll be my current age and marvel at how young their mom really was.

My sweet first counselor, Ellis popped by with these gorgeous flowers and made me feel so special!
Jon gave me a two month supply of Diet Coke ;)
Then my visiting teacher brought me more Diet Coke. Ashley sent me Crumble! Whoa! Chocolates, my favorite candies and potpourri from Jon and the kids. Sooooo Sweeet!
The place we are at right now is hard but good. Four teens in the house is no joke! I do feel the love swirling about, and that is all I need.
