I love how Paisley finds ways to decorate for the Holidays I really have no decor for.
With 1:00 church we did it all on Sunday morning. The egg hunt, the baskets, the new Sunday clothes. (or school clothes for those that needed that more)
Since we didn't really have plans that Sunday, I chose to do a special Easter dinner. We spread out a blanket for a meal on the family room floor. I served meat and fish, eggs, nuts, figs- bread to dip in oils and vinegar. I wasn't real clear myself on what it was representing, Jon was real nervous watching the kids pour themselves grape juice and suggested we finish up at the table. I probably offended several religions, but my motives were pure.
We finished up the evening talking about how grateful we are to our Heavenly Father for sending us a Savior~ a way back to Him. Because Christ lives, we will live again as well! We enjoyed watching several church videos together as a family. I am so grateful for my Savior, Jesus Christ.
