What a perfect little caboose to keep us laughing, guessing, snuggling and smooching. He's a little sweetie. One evening we took the kids to dinner at Winger's. Zeke slurped up all his drink and wanted more. I told him we'd let the waiter know the next time he came around. Zeke then got his little cup and walked off. We were practically the only ones in the restaurant. Pretty soon, Zeke came back to the table all smiles with a full drink. He told us how neat the back kitchen was. The waiter said he and his friends gave him a little tour and filled his drink. He gets it done.
I know he felt real special on his day because he is so special. He's recently gotten into Pokemon, which has stirred up a little obsession with the other boys. Days before his birthday, Zeke kept saying things like~ he couldn't wait to see what his Pokemon cake looked like. I felt the same way, as this could not be more foreign to me. What is a Pokemon cake???
This, ladies and gentlemen, is a Pokemon cake:
(Just in case you were wondering)
He got to go to Preschool on his big day, and pass out treats.
He got to go to his soccer game. And pass out treats.
And finally, he got to go to Chuck-E-Cheeses and play and play and play.
We sure love our little Zekey Bear to pieces!
