Beautiful spring time in Provo is best admired walking through it. We gathered everyone who could make it for the (now) annual Temple to Temple walk. The weather was gorgeous, I especially love strolling through BYU campus and the old neighborhoods in Provo. And the company can't be beat!
I look forward to Women's Conference even more now that Paisley can join me. In years past I would meet up with sisters, Mommy and even Granny would join us and I have such great memories of that. Now it seems it is usually at the end of a busy Saturday, but Paisley is glad to join. And we usually grab dinner or a treat after so it's a real treat!
I found this fabric at JoAnne's and thought it would look so cute on little P as a boho style flower girl dress. I was right!
We decided it needed to be a few inches longer so she could wear it with her wedge shoes. Paisley had the idea to add a cute ruffle at the bottom, so I've since done that. Paisley continues to be darling as can be!
She was especially excited for her 4th grade program: Utah, This is the Place! She volunteered to be in an Indian dance. She looked so cute up there doing her thing.
Zeke went to a friends birthday party up at Rock Canyon Park. The mom texted this picture to me and told me how Zeke is talked of fondly by her daughter.
And finally, Eli had his big World Fair project to mark the end of 6th grade reports. He and friends chose Peru and did real good!
Eli's days at Lakeview Elementary are numbered!
We took the kids to the new Batman Lego movie. You know, it was quite entertaining! I chuckled when I saw Paisley bringing in this giant stuffed animal to snuggle during the show.
I took a two week online makeup course. It was really so much fun, I learned loads of information and really just sponged up every second. It was all about great products to try- both high end and drug store brands, all sorts of techniques and tips etc. I always dreamed I'd work at a makeup counter and do makeovers all day. I love the transformation makeup can do, and was really fascinated with the whole experience. We had these "assignments" and had to send in pictures to show we understood the technique. We spent two days on lashes! I can't imagine wearing these to the grocery store, but they were fun for the day.
And finally, good ol' St. Patty's day rolled around.

There was probably the most emphasis on brows. Our assignment was to send in a pic of no brows, then one with applied techniques. I just left one side undone, one side done. I passed! It was fun to see everyone's pictures and see what a difference brows really make!
Adren isn't here in the mornings to join in on the fun anymore. I think Zeke's green is hiding because that is how he is.
